Wow, I can’t believe we’re up to the finale episode already. This season just flew by and soon I’ll run out of episodes. Then I’ll move on to other cartoons, until the second season comes out. I should also assume that you’re already aware of the mysterious objects in Gabriel Agreste’s locker. I’m not going to talk about them in this review as I already talked about them in my post Is Gabriel Agreste Hawkmoth?
Marinette’s right, these people are acting weird, but not the way she’s thinking. Alya, you’ve already had an exclusive interview with Ladybug, why do you need another one? Rose, it doesn’t matter that Lila knows Prince Ali, you hung out with him right after he recovered from your mind control, remember? And Chloe shouldn’t care that Jagged Stone wrote a song about Lila, since she’s already seen him, been on a panel of judges with him, slapped him in the face with her hair, and didn’t she prefer XY’s music anyway? You know, seeing as nothing Lila said was true, the thing that’s really weird about Marinette’s classmates is that they still haven’t learned not to believe everything people tell them.
Ugh, I never saw this coming, but I hate Lila even more than Chloe. Chloe has irritated me for the past twenty three episodes, but Lila makes her look like an Angel. If you’re wondering why, it’s because although Chloe also has a crush on Adrien, she doesn’t force herself on him. Although, the reason for that is probably because Lila is smart enough to know what she’s doing, whereas Chloe’s head is full of fluff.
Aww, I love the little lost look on his face. What’s sad, is the reason it’s there. Ladybug wasn’t being the smart, kind heroine that we all know and love. I also like how he starts telling Ladybug off like Cat Noir, before he realises what he’s doing and then starts acting like Marinette.
Bleeegghhh! I didn’t think anything could be worse than Lila flirting with Adrien, but that was before I saw this scene. Not only is Volpina flirting with Cat Noir, but he’s FLIRTING BACK! Where’s the LOYALTY?
Seriously? How, Ladybug? How did you not figure out Cat Noir’s identity? He just gave you the biggest, most obvious clue, EVER. He said the name Lila after Ladybug tells him she’d embarrassed Volpina in front of a boy she liked. This is getting really frustrating. When will you guys figure it out? Do we need to stamp it on your foreheads? Graffiti it all over your school? Write it in the sky?
Yikes! Lila must really like this boy she’s just met, and doesn’t really know. This is the first villain who hasn’t forgiven Ladybug after she’s apologised. And we’re going to see more of her. We’re going to have to deal with this girl AGAIN? Sigh.
Awww! This is another one of those memorable, yet heartbreaking scenes in this show. If only that door wasn’t there. Well, actually that wouldn’t be good because then Adrien wouldn’t get any privacy in the bathroom, and he’d just ask his dad for a new door.
Ooooohhhh cliffhanger! What a great way to end the series, having the audience hanging of the edge of their seats until they slide off and land face first on the nice clean carpet. I am so pumped for the second season and I know you all are as well. I’ll do my best to review the new episodes as soon as they come out, but I’m probably going to have a hard time finding some good quality pictures. Well, looks like I ended up doing another toon chomp. I’ll try not to bore you with large amounts of words when I review the origin episodes.
